You can
place orders by e-mailing me WITH THE ITEM
NUMBER/NUMBERS at cheryl@theirishladybug.com for availability
of the item and I will "hold" the item
for one week upon invoice notification. I will
e-mail you an invoice number when you order.
Please use this invoice number with all
correspondence and with your payment. I kindly
request that payment be received within 7 days of
the date of the invoice I have E-mailed to you
unless other arrangements have been made.
ATTENTION: I usually answer
my E-mails within 24 hours( except on weekends) ,
so if you do not hear from me within that time
period please e-mail me again at escher2@mindspring.com

*I cannot
not be responsible for any package that is lost or
damaged in the mail. Packages will be
insured for amount that you paid for the item, and
any compensation of lost items will be through the
insurance, and not by myself.
If a package is lost, and you wish to have a
duplicate item made then you must
pay me for a duplicate item and wait for
reimbursement from the insurance.

to return an item, e-mail me at

authorization. Returns must be made within 10 days of
receipt. Merchandise must be in its original
condition. Refunds will not include shipping or
insurance.
